Unless you already bottle your own wine, don't rebottle it,,,sigh.
Oils too, often already come in decorative bottles and can be purchased wholesale.
Certainly you have access to the WWW, and a browser. Why not do a general search using keywords, IE: Decorative bottles, Wholesale/retail,,,etc etc etc
After the fact use any decorative talents you have to add to the gift, such as baskets, fruit, soaps, candles, etc etc etc
